This is the second menu page that comes with the Enhanced Service. The Basic Service menu omits the first menu item if you have not requested the web photo album.
"Slide Show From CD" loads an executable copy of cam2pc. You point this back to the CD / DVD root directory to view image thumbnails and run a slide show using your full-size scanned images. The install file for cam2pc is also provided so you can install a copy on your hard disk, which is the next menu option.
To exit you click "Back" to go to page 1 then "Exit." |

Cam2pc. This is a screen shot of cam2pc, from which you can view thumbnails, view images individually full screen or run a slide show. The software allows you to specify the default starting directory, the length of time each image is displayed and which page transitions to use. You need to install on your hard disk to specify these options. The executable version on the CD will usually point to the D:\ drive as the first available drive letter after a single partition hard disk.
You can also obtain a copy of the Freeware or Shareware versions of cam2pc from Nabocorp. |

With the Enhanced Service,a simple web album, generated courtesy of Google's Picasa. Your full size scans are located in the CD / DVD root directory. In the "SLX Photographic" directory you will find "index.html" and a set of small html files, one for each image.
The index file displays the thumbnails, which are copies of your original images saved in the directory "SLX Photographic\thumbnails". When you click on a thumbnail you will see the web-optimised copy of your image that is stored in "SLX Photographic\images", see below. |

When you click on a thumbnail the browser will load the relevant html page containing the web optimised 640 x 480 image. You can select First / Previous / Next / Last / Thumbnails from this page. Note that this screen shot actually shows a picture from a digital camera.
