How to Place Your Order

Please send your slides, negatives or prints to us safely packed and with clear instructions of your requirements.

For your convenience you can complete an order form on line, print it and send with your photographs. The information you enter is used solely to create a form ready to print, and is not retained. You can also print off a blank order form and complete it by hand. Our address is on the order form, and on our Contact page. Use the following links to select the appropriate form. If sending multiple formats, please complete a form for each, and adjust the return postage to reflect one single batch.

35mm	35mm	Firefox Users: If you usually view PDFs in Firefox, you may find that Firefox sometimes hangs while loading them. You can avoid this problem by displaying instead in Adobe Reader. In Firefox, select Tools --> Options, click the Applications tab, and change 'Adobe Acrobat Document' from Use in Firefox to Use Adobe Reader.

Posting Options

For maximum safety we recommend you ship using a service where your package is tracked to delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery is our preferred option for shipping back to you, depending upon weight. Recorded Delivery is not tracked, and is transported with normal mail until delivery, when a signature is required.

Sorting Your Negatives & Slides

If possible we ask you to sort negatives by film make / type if you are sending a number of random strips or frames. Our scanning software contains profiles for many film types, which have to be changed each time a different film type is scanned.

Similarly with slides, Kodachrome and Ektachrome processing is different from other slide brands, so it does help us if they are grouped accordingly. Naturally if you require a specific scanning sequence that prevents this then we will process your order to your requirements.
