We can accept cheque, cash, PayPal or direct bank transfer. |

New 'About Us' Page
There is now an 'About Us' page on the web site, which can be accessed from the sub-menu under the 'Home' button on the left of the screen. We have also changed the Home Page layout a little. The automatic slide show is now on a separate page under 'Samples' and has been replaced by small fixed images. When you move your mouse over an image you see a larger Before and After version. If you click on the small image a new browser window opens with an even larger copy. |

Upgraded Web Site
We have upgraded our web site to improve compatibility between different web browsers. The main change is to the menu structure, which now includes more sub-menus to simplify navigation. The last version of the web site required us to maintain two versions depending upon the browser. There are still issues with Opera 8 and the sub-menus, and very early browsers will have problems with the CSS. We have tested with IE5 up to IE7, Netscape 6 & 7, Opera 9 and Firefox to version2. |

Price Changes
Our prices have remained unchanged for the last two years. We are still maintaining our prices at the lower end of the market by keeping our overheads to an absolute minimum without compromising the quality of our work.
We have made some adjustments to prices that reflect the amount of time that each of the options requires, as well as the size of the files generated. Smaller scans with minimum extra features stay at the same low price, whilst there is a small increase for larger scans with enhanced options and larger file sizes.
We have also adjusted our return postage rates to reflect the Royal Mail's new pricing. The rates we charge are based upon average weights for each type of media, and where the weight comes out above that expected we absorb the difference in cost. If you are not sure, or have a heavy consignment, or want to explore alternatives to Royal Mail, please contact us. |

VueScan produces better quality images thanks to its use of ICC profiles generated from IT8 standard colour matrices. |
